Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HSE AI (the “Service”), operated by Home Service Experts LLC (“HSE,” “we,” “us”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is available only to current or former clients of HSE's coaching programs and members of HSE's paid community. Access is invite-only. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

2. Account access

To use the Service, you must create an account using an email address we have pre-authorized. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or otherwise put HSE or other users at risk.

3. What the Service does

HSE AI generates a personalized Master Context Document for use with Claude (an AI assistant operated by Anthropic), provides a prompt library, and hosts reference documents (HSE Operating Manual, Vertical-Specific Guides).

HSE AI does not connect to your Claude account. Documents and prompts are generated for you to copy into your own Claude Project.

4. Your content

Information and content you provide to the Service (your business data, goals, forms, etc.) remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process this content only as needed to operate the Service and provide it to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. The quality of the output depends on the quality of the inputs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account access with anyone else
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any law or harm others
  • Upload content that infringes another person's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

6. No professional advice

The Service provides frameworks, templates, and AI-generated content based on HSE's methodology. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.

HSE benchmarks (pricing ranges, margin targets, close rates, etc.) are reference points, not prescriptions. You should validate recommendations against your own market and circumstances before acting on them.

7. AI-generated content

Content generated through the Service (including Master Context Documents and outputs from prompts you use in your Claude Project) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and acting on any output. Neither HSE nor Anthropic guarantees the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Sentry, PostHog, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or behavior of those services.

Your separate use of Claude (via Anthropic) is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy. HSE is not responsible for Anthropic's service or how Anthropic uses data you submit to Claude.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service operational and responsive but do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice when practical.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, if your coaching relationship with HSE ends, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. On termination, your access will be revoked. You may request a copy of your data by emailing us at parker@homeservicepartnerprogram.com.

11. Intellectual property

HSE retains all rights in the Service, the HSE methodology, the Operating Manual, Vertical-Specific Guides, the prompt library, and all templates and frameworks. Your access to the Service does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the content the Service generates for your own business purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense HSE's underlying methodology content to third parties.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID HSE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU ACCESS THE SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST AS PART OF A COACHING PACKAGE, LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT $100.

HSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HSE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
